Last updated October 2026
Beta draft. This page is pending legal review and may change before SummaStack's public launch.
Who can review
- Any signed-in SummaStack user can review a product, once per product.
- Vendors and app owners can't review, rate or record usage of products they own.
- Reviews should come from first-hand use of the product at your firm.
What a good review includes
- How your firm uses the product and for how long.
- What works well and what doesn't, with specifics.
- Anything other firms should know before choosing it, such as setup effort or support quality.
Not allowed
- Reviews written for payment, discounts or other incentives without saying so.
- Reviews of a competitor's product written to harm it.
- Client information, personal data, or confidential business details.
- Abusive, discriminatory or off-topic content.
SummaStack may remove reviews that break this policy.
How reviews are used
Reviews are shown on the product's page with the reviewer's display name. Ratings feed a product's average rating and, once there are enough of them, its recommendation score. See how recommendations work.
The optional 1–5 satisfaction ratings you give tools in My Stack aren't published individually. They're combined with other firms' ratings.
Verification
SummaStack doesn't yet verify that a reviewer uses the product. Verified-user labels may be added later.
